A year ago The Warehouse Antiques and Collectables in Setchey, Norfolk opened their doors to the public for the first time.
Antique enthusiast Derek Clark, along with his family (who own Setchey based Beers of Europe) took the plunge and followed his passion by opening a massive new antique centre devoted to treasures of the past.
Boasting 15,000 sq ft of stands and displays of more than 100 dealers, it is the largest centre of its kind in Norfolk and East Anglia.
Derek says “Staff and customers agree that the antique centre is so popular due to its very homely atmosphere -friendly, warm and very spacious, full disabled access and we even allow dogs, no need to leave your four legged friend at home. In the last year we have had in excess of 40,000 visitors!”
The choice is incredible, showcasing items from ancient artefacts to must-have 20th century furniture. A plethora of luxury and quality items on display - from quirky to antiquity!
The Mayor Nick Daubney says “It’s really exciting to see a business develop and grow, so to attend the first birthday of Warehouse Antiques and Collectables was an invitation I was keen to accept. At Setchey along with Beers of Europe and the Steiff Shop it is an exciting place to visit and I wish everyone involved continued success”
The Warehouse Antiques is on the ground level, offering easy access for loading and unloading, a range of trolleys are readily available and with a forklift onsite, bulky items can be handled with ease. There is ample free parking, disabled access and customer toilets.
The site is fully staffed seven days a week and will be open Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm, Sunday/Bank Holidays 10am to 4pm. Don’t worry if the item you have set your heart on is too large to fit in your car, The Warehouse Antiques can provide home delivery.
