The Warehouse Antiques & Collectables, Setchey opened its doors and welcomed Antiques Road Trip from the BBC.
Serhat Ahmet and camara crew from the beloved daytime show Antiques Road Trip paid The Warehouse Antiques & Collectables a visit and filmed for the BBC show which is due to be released summer/autumn this year.
Antiques Road Trip show consists of experts setting off on a road trip around the UK searching for treasures and competing to make the most money to sell at auction, they travel far and wide across Norfolk in their vintage car which is a Morris Minor. Using their antiquing skills they scour the antique shops in an attempt to seek out the best items their budgets affords. Usually along the way they discover and visit unusual historical sites.
The filming was a fantastic success and Daniel Clark, Director at The Warehouse Antiques & Collectables said “it was great to welcome another show from the BBC and even though there were strict Covid rules in place it all went very smoothly, so much so that they are planning to come back again in the future, the team and I look forward to seeing the finished programme which will be airing this year, we will keep you posted!”.
The Warehouse Antiques & Collectables in Setchey opened in 2017 and is has been very busy since opening it’s doors after the Covid shutdown - especially with it’s newly finished ‘Preloved Bookshop’
